COVID-19 Response: Reopening Update

To our loyal customers, staff, friends and family,

Our office hour are 10-5 p.m. Monday- Friday, 10-noon on Saturday.

We believe opening safely, and safe events are the highest priorities for our customers and our employees. Hall’s will be following The Center For Disease Control, Food and Drug Administration, OSHA and local guidance on safety. These steps include, but are not limited to:

— Our dish washing machines for all tabletop equipment use dish cleaning solution and water temperatures above the 180 degrees Fahrenheit temperature required by the board of health

— Our tables, chairs, etc. are wiped down with an all-purpose cleaner and then sprayed with a sanitizing solution

— We have provided sanitizing materials in our delivery trucks

— Social distancing in our office and warehouse, including limiting capacity in those spaces.

— All employees have been informed that if they feel sick with any type of illness, they are to contact management and stay home. Additionally we will be conducting temperature screenings for employees as they enter the building.

— Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including masks and gloves for our employees. Guidelines require employees to regularly change PPE to ensure their safety and the safety of our products.

— Providing additional sanitizing resources to our employees, hand sanitizers, extra soap and paper towels, disinfectant sprays and wipes

— Increasing the frequency and extent of our office and warehouse cleaning practices; wiping down hard surfaces, doorknobs, door handles and all work areas

— Our managers are State of Illinois Certified for Food Service Sanitation and other employees have completed the Illinois Food Handler Program
