COVID-19 Response

To our loyal customers, staff, friends and family,

3/19 Update: Due to the COVID-19 our showroom will be closed indefinitely. If you need to reach us we will be checking regularly.

At Hall’s the health and safety of our customers and employees has always been our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the news and updates about the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis. We are closely following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Health and sanitation are serious matters in our business, and we are regularly inspected by the Niles Board of Health. Our managers are State of Illinois Certified for Food Service Sanitation and other employees have completed the Illinois Food Handler Program. We are complying with CDC recommended protocols and we want to let you know what we are doing:

–Communicating with all employees to ensure that they follow the preventative measures provided by the CDC

–Providing additional resources that are available to our employees, hand sanitizers, extra soap and paper towels disinfectant sprays and wipes

–Increasing the frequency and extent of our cleaning practices; wiping down hard surfaces, doorknobs, door handles and all work areas

–All employees have been informed that if they feel sick with any type of illness, they are to contact management and stay home

–Our dishwashing machines for all tabletop equipment use dish cleaning solution and water temperatures above the 180 degrees Fahrenheit temperature required by the board of health

— Our tables, chairs, etc. are wiped down with an all-purpose cleaner and then sprayed with a sanitizing solution

–We have provided sanitizing materials in our delivery trucks

We hope you all stay safe and please know that we will remain vigilant in monitoring any changes to this ongoing situation.

Thank you,

Tom Luft & Jack Luft, Owners
